Harbor View Circle is a one-street marsh-front community located off of Harbor View Road a stone’s throw from the James Island Connector. It consists of about a dozen homes built between 1940 and 2001. Most of the homes in the neighborhood were built in the early 1960s.
Harbor View Circle real estate can range in price from $400,000 to $750,000 for marsh-front property with large lots (some over an acre in size) or around $180,000–$300,000 for homes situated on the inner part of the circle with smaller lots (around a third to a half acre in size). The marsh-front homes have larger square footages up to almost 4,000 square feet, and the homes on the inner circle have an average size of about 1,800–2,600 square feet.
The community is located across the marsh and just down the road from the Charleston Country Club golf course, and there are plenty of amenities within a 10-minute drive of the circle, including several banks, Publix and Harris Teeter grocery stores, a movie theater, the U.S. post office, Harbor View Elementary School, several churches, doctors offices and salons.
