You won’t find too many new construction properties in James Island, but Cloudbreak Court is one of those areas. Located off Woodland Shores Road near Riverland Drive, Cloudbreak Court real estate was developed between 2006 and 2011. Homes were built to resemble the famous Charleston singles found in downtown Charleston.
The new homes feature spacious front porches, detached garages and other luxury amenities. There are 25 homes and lots on Cloudbreak Court, and real estate falls in the $400,000–$600,000 price range. Square footage is right around 2,500.
The Charleston Municipal Golf Course is just down the road, and Cloudbreak Court real estate is close to Johns Island, West Ashley and downtown Charleston. Also nearby are Starbucks, the Earthfare grocery store in the Windermere shopping center, the Mustard Seed restaurant, antique shops, medical facilities and Terrace Theater Cinemas. The location is centrally located and quite convenient to many area amenities.
