Creek Point is a diverse James Island neighborhood located off Camp Road. Creek Point real estate includes a mix of multiunit properties, single-family starter homes and executive-type waterfront homes with docks and other luxury amenities. This area has something for everyone: investors, first-time homebuyers and upscale buyers.
Much of Creek Point’s real estate was built in the 1980s and 1990s. Many of the homes in the area include rustic features, such as stone fireplaces and exposed rafters. Modest single-family homes start at around $170,000. Waterfront property ranges from around $300,000 to $700,000. Multiunit (quadroplexes) investment properties starting at about $400,000 can also be found occasionally, and 1,200-square-feet condominium units can be found for around $140,000.
The entrance to the Creek Point neighborhood is next to James Island Middle School. Creek Point is close to both Folly Beach and downtown Charleston. Camp Road intersects Folly Road and Dills Bluff Road, which both grant access on and off the island and to the beach. Close-by amenities include Wal-Mart, numerous restaurants and the public library.
