Harbor Woods is an older neighborhood on James Island with homes built mostly in the 1970s and 1980s. Access to the community is provided via either Fort Johnson Road or Harbor View Road. Neighborhood streets include Harbortowne Road, Seafarer Way, Regatta Road and Grand Concourse Street.
